How To Avoid Injury And Illness

Case study reflection

First of all, I worked with a group to make our video because that will be easy when I get something to do and my friends get another. Moreover, that gives us enough time to finish our work so well and early.

We chose Abu Dhabi Country Club for two reasons. Firstly, me and my group got some problems when we went to Aljazeera Club they told us you can’t do interview’s and golden gym also, but Abu Dhabi Country Club said welcome. Lastly, they have many sports you can find it there such as, Kick boxing, Golf, Judo, GYM...etc.

Our group worked to collect information from internet and the club, because the internet’s like the sea: you can find anything you want and it makes collecting information easy.

There we go to the supervisors and the captains to get interviews with them. When I listened to them I got a lot of information about the GYM. They advised us about the advantages and disadvantages about protein and growth. Also, they explain to us about Kick boxing and Judo from many sides.

I and my group wrote the goals to get from this club. Such as, get successful interviews which have great information can help you in your life. And, cover all sports in Abu Dhabi Country Club. Also, learning about I Movie program that’s where we edit and make our video.

The information what we got from the LSS 3003 Sports has many benefits for leisure and society, because the sports are the best way to get a healthy life that will give you a nice body and more years in your life.

I should have many skills to make my case study successful, like writing great and clear questions for the person who will answer it. Moreover, improving our skills in communicating that will helps us to complete the case study successfully.

I think yes, they need to take action because we had trouble in the beginning to make our video.

If I did the case study again I would buy a new canon camera which can take a clear video and clear voice. And, I will do schedule to finish the work step by step.
